Joe, As I never had contact with Tim, I always went by the "over 100 years experience" saying, and "assumed" Tim was an excellent CFO. I appreciate your clarifying this point, as it now eliminates my prior thoughts (and posts), that he may have "known something". I think while trying to find an explanation for this totally unexpected outcome, I was grasping at straws. Now that I think of it, it was Tim who was responsible for the Nasdaq fiasco (am I correct?), with I/R saying it was coming while it took much longer then anyone thought. Again, thank you for clarifying that point. Skane
