LOL! It's been a long and winding highway. I've put shares away and don't think about it anymore. Just watch each news release put together another piece of the puzzle. They still appear to be on track IMO.

Serious Investors....to me a very undervalued stock on the OTC/BB and it is as cheap as it has been in a long long time for no apparent reason. Virtually the same earnings as SNMM, but it sells for $15 LESS than SNMM.

** WINR HISTORY, OVERVIEW, & THOUGHTS **

When I first got involved in WINR, it was about 60 cents in Spring 1998. I saw a company that had been in
R&D with a proprietary software product for years and had achieved financing and was ready to
begin promotion and marketing. The stock had been about $5.00 in the summer of 1997 but investors got
impatient during the software
development stage.

When the stock hit 40 cents about a year ago, people were pessimistic, but many took the opportunity to
buy more (including me) and after about 2 months the stock started rising and hit $3.00 in Dec and again
in Feb. 1999.

Keep in mind the company had not turned a profit yet and it was at $3.00.

Now they have 2 profitable quarters, earning about $750,000 in NET PROFITS. And more importantly Q2
showed about 300% growth over Q1. Margins were over 65%.

The Stock is at $1-1/8 by 1-3/16.

IS WINR UNDERVALUED?
SNMM with about the same EPS (earnings per share prorated over a 12 month period) is selling around $16
per share (i.e. about 13 times higher). Since WINR is not yet fully reporting I would say SNMM deserves to be
selling for more than WINR, but 1300% more sounds a bit out of whack? The question is: when will WINR
catch fire?

SNMM earned 9 cents per share in the last 12 MONTHS
WINR has earned 5 cents per share in the last 6 MONTHS

MARKETING WINR: WINR NEEDS EXPOSURE
Everything looks good but the stock price. WINR will get discovered again, I believe. I am personally
emailing a few choice newsletter with the information above. There is no need for hype. Just facts. Short
and simple. Sounds like others are emailing the company some marketing suggestions, as will I.

Sometimes it's smart to buy a stock when the volume and price are down, but that's a decision each has
to make. This is a great stock to be patient with, imo.
