OT- Gateway was terrible about 11 mos. ago when my computer completely died. I have the extended warranty with in-home service. I was off-line for 6 weeks. I have since ordered a Dell for both my son and daughter. Gateway didn't care about my problems and their customer service representatives were extremely inept. It took them 4 trys to get a new modem sent out to me, they kept sending the driver software for the modem instead of the modem. Guess it's kind of hard reading those parts numbers. Good luck, Debra
