I prefer the VUls of the world that anti promote. I have had enough P&Ds to last a lifetime - When I find the VULs I put em in the RRSP and let em someday find their value - kind a resource warren buffet strategy - I have another one JLB - also in newfie with CME on a JV on a few properties - They are talking about rumours on the CME thread but nobody ever pumps the 50% jv partner - JLB and thas OK as I kave almost dounbled my money anyway
