Robert, here is the most up to date listing I can find. (from Company Sleuth) I believe all theses shares are related to the Paul ALllen deal. It also shows remaining holdings of well over a million shares. It shows Russell selling in June at exactly 90 (45 split adjusted) Since these shares were sold at this price, they have to be the shares sold to Paul Allen. Russell has never sold ANY other shares, one of the few Internet CEO's who has held on. Also note that John Keister and other directors sold at that price and registered the sale on that same date, and the Paul Allen Buy is also registered on the same date, 6/17. The sales apparently did not become official until July, since they have to be registered by insiders before then.
