There have been a lot of changes in European web access rates lately. I recall some of them causing AOL to tank recently.

Even Janice's AZNT enemies concede she lives in Milan(o).

Wrong again, "bob". I pay a flat rate for internet access; as of the beginning of next year my ISP will be offering it free. I do pay for telephone time, but have a 50% discount on calls to a single local number, which of course is my ISP's, so it's not that big a deal.
