Great question Rajiv. I don't know.

Given the low price of the acquisition I would think not. If inventories are included, it looks like they almost just gave the business away.

Regardless, I think the price is shockingly low. They must have been desperate to dump that business. I guess they were trying to "unlock the value" of their internet business plan. Looks like a get rich quick scheme.

Actually, I would think at least the newer items would be.

Where those returns are going is probably the garbage now.
