AS a shareholder, I hope not.>> I agree that the SEC investigation has put a cloud over the stock. Uncertainty breeds fear. I, for one, do not see the SEC trying to nail Elan but that does not mean an investigation won't have an adverse outcome. However, everything I read seems to indicate that the investigation should have no impact of earnings. Once that cloud has been lifted, who knows what the next hurdle (if any) will be. I suspect the two big hurdles are the SEC and zinconotide visibility. Good luck in your investments. Bill
