that is 25,000 shares.
chump change for them. insiders own over 5,000,000 shares that is $500,000,000 dollars worth. in addition there are another 800,000 shares available for employee bonuses. that is another $80,000,000 worth.
as i said $2.5 mil of a total of $580,000,000 is chump change.

I see no 144 filings anywhere--

Not a 144 filing for anyone from Intel or from Rambus; not today or recently anyway. I checked <www.freeedgar.com> or at <www.sec.gov> Is there somewhere else I should be looking?

This is the reason that we give you a hard time. (unsubstantiated claims)
