Yes, there is support @ 105 for AMZN, which leads me to believe that the 'neck' of the H&S is at 105.
Yes, there is a time factor. The left&right shoulders should be fairly symmetric, timewise and otherwise.
The left shoulder lasted 2 1/2 months. The RS should last about the same. Which means AMZN has roughly 20 trading days to crack....
