Now that I have watched DIO - I a retract my theory on the stop loss as the only factor behind the drop - There must be more to the story or it would not be trading at 1.85.

It is very low volume but it went back down today and really is showing little sign of moving up except relatively few offers BUT also few bids to bring it back up PRECARIOUS is the word
