People, why Datek doesn't want to go public? An internet IPO nowadays could solve a lot of Datek's problems. Maybe Paul Allen pulled out after he learned there would be no IPO anytime soon, so Paul decided to park his money to somewhere more lucrative. Purely my guess but I fail to understand why Datek avoids IPO so far. Is there something they don't want SEC to see?

Jon, After they get through with their movie "Once Upon a Time In New Jersey", They can start on their new book. "Electronic Warfare" Jerry PS. I just burned Netscape off the hard drive last week end, because of the way it trashes java.
