My feeling is that they're reluctant to say anything because of the law suits. I expect earnings to be a loss, thus the reductions of credit ratings. However, I remain confident because this is a business that has high front end fixed-costs, and needs to generate the revenue stream. I waited years for McCraw cellular to be profitable for the same reason. They were then taken over by AT&T, and I did quite well. Same story for ORBCOMM, imo. Thanks for the info.
