That still puts the enterprise value at $6.6 billion and 4.7x sales assuming they reach 1 million customers using 4 billion minutes after the first year of operation. This stock is not cheap! especially considering that sales targets appear optimistic.

Skip Paul and RS--Rocket and I have gone back and forth on the shares outstanding a quarter or two ago. In addition to the 82 MM shares out, there are a number of warrants, conversions and options that could add to the shares, taking it over 100MM if I remember right. (Because of an oddity in SEC requirements these aren't part of "fully diluted" shares outst). In addition, GSTRF owns a convertible debenture in GLP, that will increase its ownership eventually. Third was the recent financing by LOR of GLP ($600 MM) that contained some ownership interest in GLP by LOR; how much wasn't disclosed but presumably will be in the next 10Q.
