You could be right. If people start selling in the summer afraid of October there will be no overbought condition then and there will be no crash. In fact there may be no violent crash at all just waves up and down. The Y2K issue ought to scare a lot of people and will certainly create a buying opportunity. But companioes heavily exposed to 3rd and Eastern Europe and Russia could get hit hard as computers in those countries are not prepared. Otherwise though I don't expect too many major glitches. A non-event mainly.
