Don't know if we should view this totally as incremental revenue, but obviously a good thing. need to tax effect your numbers, since uncle sam and the state folks want 38% or so of the profits.

A second thought on your post, it really demonstrates how those of who follow the large capitalization stocks need to adjust our thoughts on VARL. Incremental sales of $2 million, with margins approaching 50%, have a significant effect on the net earnings and earnings per share of this company. The announcement seems quite positive as the company seems to be giving many quotes; let's hope that many make it to the revenue figures.

I'm not positive but aren't there 5.7 million shares outstanding on a diluted basis? If I'm right it still does not affect your conclusion re: buying more, imo.

I would imagine the majority of revenues would be booked a year out as they have to ramp up and the companies may order in more volume as market acceptance increases..Any thoughts
