NeTrueCommunications Inc. a majority owned company of Global Light
Communications Inc., (AMEX: GBT) and global networking leader 3Com
Corporation (Nasdaq: COMS) Tuesday announced they are teaming to
integrate their leading edge, enhanced IP telephony solutions.

This integrated solution will enable the new class of IP telephony
service providers, VoIP clearinghouses and IP-based carriers to deliver
a complete suite of enhanced IP telephony services to their customers.

The two companies will integrate 3Com's Total Control(R) multiservice
access platform with NeTrue's IPT BackOffice(TM) an IP based Operation
Support System (OSS). The integrated enhanced IP telephony solution
takes advantage of 3Com's scalable, open and programmable voice-over IP
access and control technologies, including high density gateways and
gatekeepers. NeTrue brings to the union industry recognized VoIP
technology with core competencies in IPT OSS. NeTrue specializes in
quality of service management, network management, clearing and
settlement, billing, international least-cost routing, service
provisioning, customer care, and pre-paid applications.

The integration of these technologies will deliver to ITSPs, ISPs and
full-service carriers an open API-based, highly scalable and
feature-rich complete turnkey VoIP solution. Based on 3Com's open API
at both ends of the Total Control gateway and gatekeeper interfaces,
the solution will enable additional applications and services to be
seamlessly integrated and deployed as they become available.
