"Mgmt has said they reach cash breakeven with 0.55M subs, EPS breakeven,
after depreciation, at 1M subs. Capacity is about 7M subs. "

Source is May 99 investors brief:

loral.com

"Each million subs over the first million is probably worth about 2-3$/share,
pre tax. "

Profit per 1M subs after breakeven is personal estimate as follows:

1M subs * 140 mou/month * 12 * 0.4 $/mou / 250M (equiv) shares = $ 2.70/share

Management has projected EPS of $8.44 in 2002. You can apply any
multiple for a price earnings ratio, and then apply a discount to
arrive at the present value. It would seem to me that this
discount should be shrinking as various milestones are reached.
Almost all have already been reached. If you still feel that the
stock is overvalued, sell it & buy an undervalued stock. Please
let me know what you buy.
