No, Dilbert is a response to the practice of putting employees in cubicles - he doesn't like it any more than you do. I think he's hysterically funny. I have a friend who is the senior partner in a law firm, and very stuffy, and he really hates Dilbert, e.g., the strip where the engineers gave the pointy-hair boss an Etch-a-sketch, and told him it was a lap-top, and to reboot it, he had to turn it upside down and shake it. My friend doesn't understand why that's funny. I was working on a case with another lawyer at his office, and needed a modem line, and asked if I could jack into his *external* modem after he left for the evening, and run the line to my computer in his conference room, and he said no, because he was afraid that I'd get viruses in his computer!!!!!
