Good post. Yeah, the revenue recognition is a toughie, because some of these relationships may have been operating well before they were announced. The excerpt you quoted mentioned that some are FIs are already doing business through the data center. My recollection is that S1 structures these deals so as to get a small piece of each transaction processed. My DD on this subject is not fresh in my mind, though, so correct me if I'm wrong.

As you say, it's hard to know. It'll stay hard to peg S1's earnings for a couple of quarters. Once the mergers are done, things should become much clearer.

Meanwhile, I'm trading mostly on technicals and hunches like this from my core psoition of Edify shares. The last few weeks, this has worked very well. Seems like the discount gap has closed a little bit of late, as it should.

this qtr has me on pins and needles.....none of them dull headed...ouch!

hope it's good news for everyone...or at least that the story doesn't get changed in any negative way.
