I held MSFT for 7 years (sold the last of it this morning). I have held other stocks for multiple years as well (SBUX for 4 years - sold it in April - and INTC for a couple of years - sold it last year).

>>CNET, or VTSS, or PG, or NOK?

CNET: too volatile, too uncertain

VTSS: I know nothing about this company - and I don't buy stocks of companies I know nothing about.

PG: Too much international exposure should Y2K cause meltdowns in other parts of the world.

NOK: a possibility - but I don't know much about the company.

As I mentioned in my previous posts, I think there is a greater likelihood of the overall market heading lower, rather than higher, over the next six months. Therefore, I would rather have a lot of cash at the moment.

Thanks,
-Eric
