Thank you for the link to the President's letter. I read it and urge all interested persons to read it---I only wish that I had a handle on the "disqualifiers" when I invested in this company. It looks to me that the process of getting to version 4.0 will finally satisfy all of the "disqualifiers", but I wonder how I would feel as a potential customer about why the company did not recognize these disqualifiers before trying to market the product to people who wouldn't want to use it because it really wasn't ready for their use yet. Doesn't this impact on the credibility of the vendor?? Does the company upgrade prior versions with newer versions which contain necessary features at no or reduced cost?? While I remain interested in the company, I took the opportunity to liquidate my position at the recent run up. Good luck to Mr. Broc and to the investors.

Roger, given that NetGain is a web-based product, I would think that you should be working very hard to be compatible with the new wireless PDAs that will have cellular communications built into them, so that users can access the system when on the road or in a customer's office.

On another note, FSTW is getting close to 1/2 the price I sold it at, as I predicted. I may buy it back as we get closer to Q3 earnings, or when FSTW announces some significant contracts.

Roger, give my thanks to all who put this report together. I see the work and time it took to bring to our attention the efforts FSTW is making to be successful. There was honesty in exposing the short falls in not being where they would hope to be but at the same time I see the effort taken to be at the fore front when the gates open.

Down to my boots, I feel I joined a company that will make it financially profitable and at the same time watch dreams happen.

Buddy M

Roger that is a great piece and is exactly why I believe this turnaround is well on the way.

Richard made no attempt to sugarcoat the issues...When he took the company back, he no doubt found the problems worse than he had hoped. Fortunately he found them within his ability to remedy (yes, my opinion and I am finding it easier to stick with it as time passes). He has done an awful lot in a very short time....

No company is without its critics, FSTW will continue to endure theirs even as the stock responds to the positive things that are happening.

I agree with Buddy...and congratulate all the FSTW team for their hard work. I encourage them to continue to subject themselves to an honest review of shortcomings as they grow....and they will grow...

Thanks, again, for the part you have played.
