Didn't make the shareholder's meeting. Anyone go? Care to report?

Today's drop is based on lower guidance from Pixar about total merchandizing revenue from Pixar (10-15% less).

This is related to overall problems Disney has been having lately with Tarzan.

As for valuation, it still really depends on a lot of factors, including how successful TSII will be. Monsters Inc. is now pushed out to 2001, so that will crimp FY2001 earnings.

30s would be a good deal on Pixar stock. 40s seems close to fair value, to me.
