Early Player,

I do agree with the potential and reasoning behind your post.

Two concerns that i have are:

1) The companies authorized share capital is 100 million Common and 10 million Preferred. We do not know how many of these are currently issued.

2) It would make more sense for the company to move from the OTC BB to Nasdaq rather than doing an IPO. This move is far more straight forward. One of the keys is to have the share price trade over $4.00 for a period of time. Wouldn't it make sense for the management to want the stock trading over $4.00 ?

Also, if they are planning on doing an IPO as opposed to a move from BB to Nasdaq, why do they need the vehicle XSNI ? Why not just float the original business ?

Finally, how do you qualify the following statement from your post;

"This IS going to IPO, this is why they are not adding the XSNI....YET!"
