Jackie,

Although we need the input of the experienced oil guys for validation from a field viewpoint, your assumptions and calculations are certainly mathematically consistent with your analysis of the prior LaLuna announcement.

If the market accepts even a 50% discount to the low end of your conservative figures, we ought to see some substantial forward movement in HEC price.

Hopefully, if that movement starts it won't be halted by uncontrollable destabilizing political developments.

Jack: I think it's fair to say that the market seems to be discounting such optimistic valuation assumptions.
