Thanks for the advice Jazz, but I typically sell my dogs in December to reduce the tax burden and "clean house" for the following year. I think NITE will recover to the point where I am comfortable selling it before that time, so attempting the tax deduction now is pointless, IMO. Basically, I'll be out the transaction fees. I feel that NITE is still a tasty piece of cake and it won't go moldy any time soon. Someone else has just taken a bite of my piece, that's all (and if I catch them.... gggg). Cheers, S&P
