Hello VP.

Fascinating read -thank you. Assuming that the U.S. alliance with the Angolan government is predicated on the government's "all-out" attack on UNITA rumoured for this summer not going ahead (can't believe the U.S. needs that headache) and now that the U.N. sanctions appear to have been given some teeth , maybe a negotiated/coerced peace is possible ?
