David,
great report, too bad for all of us that the street sold us off, big swing today, sorry we ended up at the bottom of it, but there was a lot of late day selling and not a whole lot of institutional interest today it would seem.

Perhaps now that earnings are done and assuming the overall market doesn't tank another 10% as some expect, perhaps they will increase their positions as well.

regards,
cg

David, a couple questions for when you have time:

<<<<Schrader said he expects the company to spend more than $500 million on acquisitions over the next
two to three years
>>>>

1. Isn't that a little conservative? Esp. since we have upwards of 2billion now, and will prob. add to that over the next couple years? That's about 100mill. every 6months. It just seems like we've spent quite a bit more than that over the last 1-2 years, esp. w/the Tokyo purchase. Of course I realize that we won't always be as aggressive when it comes to acquiring companies. Also is Bill ruling out larger purchases, of let's say .5-2billion?(see rumor PSIX/IXC...which personally I don't think would be a good fit)
cbs.marketwatch.com

2. Will the increased interest expenses incurred in early July with the bond offering pose a hardship in achieving positive EBITDA for Q3?

3. What is the percentage of increase in EBITDA with international and domestic operations, from Q1 to Q2, comparatively speaking?

4. When they say 90% increase in business accts. is there a breakdown as to how many were gained internally and how many through acquistions? And also does any business acct. regardless of it's size/revenue get included in this #, or do they have to meet a certain criteria(i.e.$2,500 or more/month)

5. <<<<PSINet's operating metrics are increasing with the average annual new contract value growing to
$7,300 per year.>>>>
Does this include the 1mill.+ consumer accts? And are the majority of these consumer accts international ones?

6. <<<global web hosting facility in London, England, which was over 30% pre-sold.>>>
Prob. a dumb question but what does 30% presold refer to?

7. <<<These ISPs provide, along with PSINet's SOHO and consumer
customers around the world, Internet services to 1,041,000 customers using PSINet Internet
solutions. >>>

Does this mean that those 1mill SOHO/consumers are not really our customers, but customers of the ISP's to whom we provide bandwidth?

Sorry to throw all these questions at once, and if some of these answers are found in the report, just direct me there, no need for you to have to repeat what is there already. I am going to review it again in more detail tmw. to pick out any pts. I missed.

Super quarter David, thanks for all your efforts,
cg
