PFCK-HERE IS TOM'S DD

O/S: 29M
Float: 15.7M
Last Quarter EPS +.002
Company is releasing earnings which are expected to come in at .01 which
will make second profitable quarter in a row. The third quarter (current quarter
is expected to be even better. A .15 stock that has a profitable
company behind it....

Some of the businesses Peacock Financial is involved with:

Peacock Development Corporation...
The Peacock Development Corporation is positioned to take advantage of the
economic boom projected to take place in the San Jacinto Valley in Southern
California upon completion of the Eastside Reservoir project in 2000. This
$3 billion recreational lake is expected to bring 2 million visitors
annually to the San Jacinto Valley, create 3,700 new jobs and infuse $89
million in new annual sales tax revenues into the local economy. Peacock
currently controls approximately 500 residential lots, 30 acres of
commercially zoned property and 11 acres zoned for senior apartments.
Several other projects are targeted by Peacock for development.

LUMBER IMPORTS

Valley Lumber & Ironwood Company
Valley Lumber & Ironwood is the owner of a permit issued by the US Department
of Agriculture to import untreated lumber into the United States. Valley
Lumber has standing orders to purchase untreated ties for domestic railroads
and untreated lumber from a large East Coast wholesale wood products
distributor. Purchase order financing has recently been arranged through a
major financing source and inital shipments of lumber are expected to
generate over $24 million in gross revenues annually.

THE INTERNET

Solutions Media, Inc.
Solutions Media, Inc. has a business plan to develop a product line directed
toward the next level of technology utilizing high definition television for
convergence of all aspects of communication through this media. This
technology will include E-commerce and entertainment. The company has
recognized the need to generate revenues independently from its research
and development operation, and has a management team in place for website
design and Internet marketing. Solutions Media, Inc. has been nationally
acclaimed for its design work and expects to be profitable in 1999. Peacock
Financial Corporation plans to take this company public later this year.
solutionsmedia.com and... spinrecords.com (part of
solutions media). Solutions Media is a growing company.
These are excellent websites...

Now here is the really cool thing about being a PFCK shareholder:

As early as this week or next week, there will be an announcement regarding
a dividend payable to PFCK shareholders. For each 100 shares that PFCK
shareholders own they will get one share of stock as a dividend of the IPO
of Solutions Media. IE... if you own 50K PFCK, you get 500 shares of Solutions
Media. Solutions Media has several underwriters interested and it is expected
to be announced shortly (week or two) who the underwriter will be. Solutions
Media is going on NASDAQ. Offering price is still up in the air, but
depending on how the internet Companies are running, it could go in the double
digits. The amount of money to be made on this IPO dividend is amazing
regardless of how well the IPO performs.

The STOCK IS PAID OUT BEFORE THE stock goes on the market. In other
words, the day it goes public, you can dump it for a nice "dividend" of cash.
