I wonder if its just a simple matter of the particular MM opening trading, or whether they're taking on some added responsibility because of this situation with the 15c2-11. I know in another stock I own which did a spin-off, the new company will present its financials to prospective MMs, conduct meetings to come up with an opening share price, etc. I would assume once trading opens with that MM, others can then just choose to jump on board, pull the price down, etc. Chip, speculating ,,
