While it doesn't hurt that NAVR's business is improving, the impending IPO is the main reason NAVR is trading at current levels (and was trading at the levels it did). Timing with net-related IPOs is (almost) everything. With the larger market seemingly not going anywhere soon, missing the runup this first half of the year means lower spikes once the IPO finally becomes a reality. I still believe the potential return can be quite attractive, but it won't be as attractive as it could have been. JMHO
