As I said all along, the rumblings of S3 penetration into the tier-1 oems are suspect, anyone who looks carefully into S3's results with some math, would have realized by now that S3's Ken Potashner is one hell of an incredible salesman.

Yet, this stock continues to be hammered by all sorts of outlandish theories and rumours by various short sellers throughout the web.

If the employee stock option selling has subsided, it's time for some common sense to kick in. Look at the P/E revenue and earnings history and draw your own conclusions.

If we trade not on balance sheets and financial results, but on rumours and innuendos, then we have a market that is open to manipulation by whoever has the most persuasive horror stories. Let's just deal with the facts.
