More bullsh*t! You said a tax cut taking food from the mouths of hungry children to line the pockets of millionaires. Nancy buying china for the WH, which we all own, is not a tax cut. JLA

They currently spend about $ 25 billion to run the White House and about $ 25 billion to run both houses of Congress. They could easily fund the milk program by cutting these programs or by eliminating the federal presidential campaign matching funds program (since the candidates often skirt the laws limiting fundraising and spending anyways).
