I've identified a paid tout for ECCC -- stockup.com received a whopping 150,000 shares plus 150,000 warrants exercisable at a mere $4. That represents a 2.7% dilution of the stock.

You can see the stockup.com domain name at the bottom of recent ECCC newsreleases, where it gives the IR contact. (Previous newsreleases gave the names of IR contacts that changed frequently.)

If you go to the site, stockup.com, you will find a fairly brief three-paragraph writeup on the company. I wonder what else stockup had to do to earn shares, which are now worth a humongous $9 M.

Some other stocks featured on the stockup site are vtco, fecc, isps and jock, which are all non-reporting OTC:BB internet companies which had market caps of about $100 M at the time of their writeup. ISPS is headquartered in Englewood CO, which is a bit of a red flag by itself.

N,
I think you have a good grasp on whats going on. I am becoming aware of some interesting items which i think this thread will find interesting. For example, I know the company keeps telling people shares outstanding is 11MM. I found out its actually 13MM. Geez if they cant even keep an accurate count on number of shares how do you think they count money. O well, whats 60 Million between friends!
