In retrospect, had Webnode incorporated in Nevada, issued free-trading shares to friends and relatives, set up some bank accounts in Antigua, and then put out a bogus BW PR to run the price up so we could dump, we probably would have been much better off as regards getting sued by BW. In other words, the fact that Webnode only existed for the purpose of showing how vulnerable people were to getting scammed, and the fact we never asked for money nor ever provided an address to which people could send money even had they wanted to, worked against us. Live and learn ;^).

P.S. On a different note, of course UPCA will be part of our response. Heck, we even warned BW and they still took no noticeable action!
