He told me that the SEC was taking a deposition from the Uniprime CEO and Dr. Flores on Friday.

What does this tell you? Normally the SEC doesn't take depositions. They call a trading halt and wait to see how things sort out.

Mr. Baxter assured me that UPCA felt sure they have ALL of the documentation needed to support Dr. Flores claims.

Would you like to buy some nice Webnodes? Um, don't forget, Flores isn't a "doctor" of any kind, far as can be determined. So you really should call him "Mr".

Now I really am a "Dr", though you don't have to use the title. It's okay if you just call me....

A small point Roddy...

"The SEC press release I have in my hand makes no assertion that UPCA lied in any way.
Exert(sic): “The commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Uniprime because of questions regarding the accuracy of public statements"

Do you know what it means if the SEC finds out that they made inaccurate public statements? It means they LIED.

Roddy, you wrote the following;

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Mr. Baxter fully expects that there will be no finding of wrong doing and that trading will resume on Aug. 4th. I asked if the SEC would release news of no wrong doing if this is found to be the case, and he said yes. So next week, we know. I will be in Vegas next week and will pay a visit to the Uniprime office.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

However, you forgot to mention the fact that no matter what transpires during the trading halt, 15C-211's must be filed after the SEC halt is lifted on Aug. 4, 1999. This must be done in order for Upca to resume trading on the OTC BB again.

In order for you to see that upca is no different regarding filing the 15C-211's, I have included a quote below from the SEC trading halt as it applies to Uniprime securities;

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to rule 15c2-11 under the Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered unless and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule. If any broker or dealer has any questions as to whether or not they have complied with the rule, they should not enter any quotation but immediately contact the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington D.C. If any broker or dealer is uncertain as to what is required by Rule 15c2-11, they should refrain from entering quotations relating to Uniprime securities until such time as they have familiarized themselves with the rule and are certain that all of its provisions have been met. If any broker or dealer enters any quotation that is in violation of the rule, the Commission will consider the need for prompt enforcement action.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Recent results of SEC halted companies to resume trading. I would also point out that all are beyond their suspension dates. In other words, once the 15C-211's are filed and approved, these companies can resume trading on the OTC BB.

Now perhaps you can point to companies that were successful in resuming trading after their suspensions.
