How does it compare to the system currently in use in S. Africa where 75% of stolen cars are being found?

I know about the system you're talking about Denis. In point of fact, he stolen cars aren't being found, just the transponders. The cars, I am sure, successfully made it to Botswana! In fact, they're probably doing doughnuts right now around the statue of Cecil Rhodes.
