Tom, I believe this HGN claim is also nonsense and I am not so sure Starnet would have to open their books to anyone especially in the US. Equally amusing would be whether or not HGN received patent protection for something they never should have been awarded in the first place. This may be premature, but as I see it Starnet's long term solution would probably be to do as Playstar, reorganize in Antigua. I also believe Starnet will continue to face legal obstacles by virtue of their unprecedented success if for no other reasons.
