Each Chesapeake Bagel unit makes their dough from scratch. After this acquisition is completed, NWCI will phase in selling their dough and spreads to these units. In addition, the Chesapeake units eventually will be renamed to reflect the MB franchise. The deal will hopefully close in the Aug/Sept time period and is subject to certain conditions, which are not specifically mentioned in today's press release. This means, BTW, and to paraphrase the great Yogi Berra, the deal's not done till it's done.
