Richard, I hope his Bishop did say that, but canceling the hearing doesn't get him out of Naxos, it extends the issue. We need closure and my concern is that he will continue to take advantage of the lack of closure to hamstring Naxos when possible.

The way he can extricate himself is to complete the hearing and bring an end to all the disagreements and legal issues.
