That sounds like a deal not too dissimilar from the one whichMSFT barely avoided losing last week....Can't remember the name of the company that provided them access to enterprise deals, and when NT was developed, MSFT dumped them like a hot rock. Anyway, there was an news release a week or two ago about Real and MSFT signing an agreement. Don't know the details, but I imagine it was something to help MSFT avoid suits like the JAVA one which they just lost. If there is no agreement, Real could sue and win on the back of the recent JAVA decision.
