Just one more correction -

I bought this stock at $7 and sold weeks ago at $28. Of course, with this kind of money on the table, I snatched it. I hope for others, the price will hold. Once the financials are filed, I wonder if they can justify the market cap. Just too little info out there IMHO. Call it a "blackbox"......... potential unknown.

Just a 50k correction to your post. Really not that big of a deal:

The Stockpage has received one hundred fifty thousand common shares and one hundred thousand warrants exercisable at four dollars from Electric City for this report. The Stockpage is not a registered adviser or registered dealer of securities and is not authorized to sell or solicit offers to purchase or trade in securities in any jurisdiction where the securities of the companies profiled are permitted to trade. This is not intended to be a solicitation for the sale of securities, nor is it intended as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold securities. All trading in the securities of the companies profiled should be transacted through qualified dealers only with appropriate accompanying disclosures after consultation with professional qualified advisors.

After the split, one of two things will happen:
sometimes you get a bit of a sell for the profit takers
sometimes the stock will continue to rise
NOW, knowing that most of the stock is being bought up by those close to the source of activity; and the volume has been relatively low; tells me that some people who are close to the action are very excited. NO ONE IS SELLING!
AND THEY OWN A BIG PORTION OF THE STOCK.
what does that tell you? someone knows something here
I think i got it----do you?
