Norden,

<<where is the other 2/3 of R$D financing coming from going to come from thoughts?>>

My guesses would not be valid as to where the other funding may be coming from yet I thank you for bringing this up again. I missed something on my first reading. Please correct me if you see any errors in the following:

TPC, an agency of the Canadian government, loaned $4.35 million to SSPI and expects to get $7.4 repaid via Royalties ONLY at a rate of 2.5% of sales of the products that are yet to be developed, as far as we know. In order for the company to fulfill this obligation of paying back $7.4 million, they will have to do $296 Million in sales. They seem to expect this to be repaid in 6 1/2 years. I can't imagine that the government would make this type of deal without some pretty good idea that the repayment had a good chance of happening. The government has to believe that SSPI is capable of doing those numbers.

That sure seems like good news to me that was sitting there for me to see and I just passed it over....

BTW, how much more funding do they need?

Ed...
