Yes, they certainly have leased office space in the valley, and they certainly have employees and insiders cashing in hundreds of millions of dollars worth of options and shares.

But they aren't doing much of anything else, expect putting off profit projections to give them time to cash out.

That's the hard truth, and anyone living and working in the valley knows this for a fact.
