Thanks for the information, can't believe I missed that. I only looked at the last 10q and it didn't really discuss it. I think I will stay away for awhile, insiders sure like it though. Per your post, I did read in the 10k about the lawsuit decided against them. But I can't see where SWN has accrued for this. Even though they don't believe the jury verdict and trial judge were correct, isn't it required that SWN accrue for this on the books. I mean they lost the case, it is much more then some frivolous lawsuit. Shouldn't there be a liability/reserve if not for the full amount for at least a reasonable settlement amount? If it is there I can't find it. I wonder how GM handled their 4.8 billion judgment I would imagine they have at least accrued something.
