What is the 'defensible position' that ASP's have? Why can't anybody running a server farm, lets say for web hosting, just offer applications and be in the ASP business? I am knee deep in ASP stocks not wanting to miss the takeoff while I research this industry, but I have not gotten a good answer to this question yet. Its possible that all of the little guys INIT, FLNK, EBAS, USIX, etc started something that they cannot provide advertising or capital for.
