Might be a stretch to draw that conclusion:

Seen another way, both the DOT and the IIX were up today, yet the big 4, EBAY, AOL, AMZN and YHOO were all down. I can't remember when I've seen that. Pretty strong volume too. These tend to be the most institutionally held, so draw your on conclusions.

Sarmad - thanks for the information. Obviously this block trade and the subsequent action worked against me today - I guess it is the general risk of taking any short term position in these stocks (I never know what those with much more money than I are going to do).

I will probably sell my AMZN some time tomorrow - even if it does go up with the DSCM IPO, I don't see myself holding it past tomorrow's close.
