They've got something stashed, but it isnt brand value. Do you know the first two phone calls an insider at a newly public silicon valley company receives??

The first is from Prudential or another big brokerage offering their services to "quietly" help the insider dump their shares. If the company has enough employees, the brokerage rep will visit the office and hand out flyers.

The second call(s), if the company's SEC filings show you are in 7 figure land, will be from offshore banking representatives. Expect to be offered free plane & train tickets.
