That is old news. The NY attorney has tried 3 cases now, the first 2 were thrown out by higher courts.

A state decision does not affect SNMM until the Fed says that it is the state's decision to make. Once this happens, SNMM will fly because there are several states interested in legalized on-line gambling regulation.
