I actually read somewhere that it was 20 trading days when it happened earlier this year in such a dramatic way with HLTH. However, that source I read could have gotten it wrong.

The point is, IMHO, that for most internet IPOs I would buy all of my stock 23 calendar days after the IPO because so many of them drift down from the IPO price. I fear that ICGE may just go up and up after its IPO, since investors may look at the CMGI chart and the VERT chart and decide not to take the chance of missing out on owning a similar stock.
